[H-GEN] Diald (again)

Hi all,

I have just blown away my RedHat 6.0 install and installed a fresh Mandrake
6.0 on this box.  I have everything running as before - almost exactly - and
this is the problem.

I still cannot get diald to work properly.  I have ppp working fine using
the pppd .rpm file and manually establishing a connection, but I want to get
diald running so it will dial-on-demand from my Windoze box between 8:00am
and 10:00pm (or something like that).  I just can't get it to dial out, not
even when I load Netscape on the linux box itself.

I have had a look at wvdial, but it doesn't seem to have the ability to
restrict dial-up to certain times like diald allows for.

Or if anyone has got another solution, I'd LOVE to hear it.  I've spent more
time on this problem than I want to!
