Hi guruguys

A chap here has a truly obscure technical problem he cant find a result
for. Thought someone of you might have an inkling.

Context:
A Swedish client upgraded to a new version of this software (Opus).
Despite being able to type Swedish characters with a Swedish keyboard into
the old version and ordinary xterms, the simultaneously-open NewOpus
windows either dont accept them or show the USkeyboard equivalents (not
sure which, 3rdhand info)
So it's not an X-issue, nor is it an ordinary cshrc (I know, I know)
problem, since the same login session can fire up both xterms reading
swedish kbd plus the previous version, but gets bounced on the new version.

The Californian devell guys cant thinkk of anything, but offered the
observation that Opus is built using Motif.
Also, this problem happened with the last version but one of our guys on
site at the time fixed it by modifying something. He has since left and
noone knows what he did. Hint hint Alier people...:o)

I've suggested we get them to reinstall the old version off cd somewhere
and run a diff over the 2 old versions to see which if anyOpus-specific
configs have changed. But it seems odd that Opus would add another layer
of lowlevel interpreteation instead of just using the systeem defaults

Any ideas anyone?
