I still can draw no clear conclusion on this topic, How about it I word it
this way...

...I wish to purchase a Web Excel Internal modem to connect to my ISP (GIL)
via RH6 version of Linux, are there people out there who are doing this, and
with the benefit of hind sight, would they recommend it? If not what would
they recommend (pref Internal) for < $150. All comments welcome...
