[H-GEN] PPP and dial-on-demand during certain hours

I'm not arguing about which is more stable .... otherwise I would never
be subscribed to the humbug stuff .... but its hard to compare ANY *nix 
interface or documentation favourably with the Microsoft or Applemac
equivalent ..... which is exactly why more people use those things

The issue for the vast majority of users is "what do I need to know 
to use this aplication" ...... NOT what jiggery pokery can I do with
it if I want to spend the next five years reading a few thousand pages
of verbiage. Some people have a business to run, and the most expedient
solution is probably gonna be the one of choice, not the most
technically
excellent but very "average" user hostile one
