[H-GEN] Time problems

Hi all,

I'm having problems with my linux box with the time offsets.  In my logs
I get a mixture of GMT and localtime.  for example:

Apr 23 00:46:08 server1 xntpd[14700]: synchronized to 130.155.98.1,
stratum=1
Apr 23 10:51:17 server1 tcplogd: auth (113) connection attempt from
tams.com.au
Apr 23 00:51:17 server1 identd[14808]: from: 139.130.64.206 (
tams.com.au ) for: 25250, 25

The actual time is 10:51 (local) - can anyone give me any pointers?
