It is assumed that if people are running a mail server, they at least have
a clue. Hmmm...

This is precisely what humbug.org.au does for machine connecting via UQ.

Or assign dynamic IP addresses or other 'enjoyable' things like that.
I've been thinking of a solution involving private/public keys and
client-initiated mail retrieval to get around all of the above, which
looks to be surprisingly easy to do under exim ;)
