Might I make the suggestion that the CNAME of irc.humbug.org.au simply be
updated to point to irc.uq.edu.au?  Any change in irc server for the club
is completely transparent if everyone adheres to the irc.humbug.org.au
naming convention, regardless of where it finally points to.
