You mean "Usenet News Server Software" then?
If you *do* settle on INN (I don't know if there's anything better, but
INN certainly sucks less than CNEWS), then make sure you get the latest
(officially unstable, but like, live on the edge!) version, because it
is resistant to HipCrime's Denial-of-service flood attack, which has
been going on for MONTHS now, and is continually grinding my poor INN
1.4 into the dust. Hell that was one long sentence---perhaps it
needed some fullstops. Here are some to put wherever you like....
