[H-GEN] QUT experiences the real world?

	Before I start yapping on this issue, whatever I say here is *NOT*
the opinion of QUT, but my own opinion, not necesary of QUT's.

	I believe that's correct.

	No comments, but somehow I have reasons to believe that's correct.
UQ's external accounts are not subjected to a InterNet volume charging.
But the way it is, QUT students apply for an account, telnet across to UQ
(no InterNet Volume Charging - IVC within QuestNet, CSIRO) and then go out
to the world. QUT's QuestNet accounts are on the decline because when a
user logs on, it is subjected to IVC, above their QuestNet subscription.
It's about 2.2c/Mb for domestic and 14.5c/Mb for international.

	Nah, standard suggestion is to turn loading graphics OFF in the
browser.
