[H-GEN] Removing accounts on meesha

Due to misbehaviour of various humbug members with respect to meesha this
weekend, I've chosen to remove all public access to her for good. 


I DO NOT APPRECIATE PERSONAL FILES BEING LOOKED THROUGH. 


Now, you have a reason, I'm willing to give anyone who may have data on
meesha a few days to request that I send it along. After that, a very big
rm will be going on, followed by a reinstall due to possibly compromised
security.

Before anyone asks, no, I am not giving out names, nor divulging details.
To the people involved, you really should learn to cover your tracks
better. Running "pico" over the _known_ logs isn't enough.
