Ah, this would be the 'administrivia' flag kicking in.  Anything anyone
sends which match certain patterns in the headers or in the first 10 lines
of the body, will be bounced.

Putting things like 'help', 'unsubscribe', 'subscribe' and things like
that will trigger this.  The default administrivia matches are viewable on
the web at http://www.humbug.org.au/lists.html
