[H-GEN] RH5.0 GIMP1.0 and gtk1.0.4

Hi

    Those of you using RH5.0 who might want to download GIMP1.0, you
require >= gtk1.0.1.  The trouble is >=gtk1.0.1 breaks
usr/bin/control-panel, as I found to my dismay last night  :-(.  The
simple solution is to recompile control-panel.c after removing tooltips
and everything seems hunky dory.
