ifconfig it to give it appropriate IPs et al

route add -net 192.168.1.0/24 in this case, your values may vary
ipfwadm -F -m -S 192.168.1.0/24

or similar

then on the other machines on the network, you merely ifconfig them,
route add -net them, and route add default gw them
