You can try http://www.ultraspec.com/, they have a nice adaptor only $36
US, but they wanted $50 for shipping to Australia (wasn't worth it for
one).
I end up making my own adaptor :), as did some others. I have placed some

The company http://www.memoryx.com looked like an interesting place to
try. They are sell the ram for:
Sun Equiv P/N 1-10pcs 10pcs+ 100pcs+
4mb 80ns simm 501-1739 $10 $9 $8
But with the Aussie dollar taking a nose drive, it doesn't look like a
good time to buy. Since they can be bought new for $25 each locally.
