If you wish to learn Perl for CGI purposes then the book we used as a text
at QUT in "Internet Applications" is very good. Called "Teach yourself CGI
Programming with Perl 5 in a week" its the seccond edition by Erric Herman.

You should be able to get a copy of it from the QUT book store.
