[H-GEN] problem with lilo

delay=tsecs
Specifies the number of tenths of a second the boot
loader should wait before booting the first image. This is useful on
systems that immediately boot from the hard disk after enabling the
keyboard. The boot loader doesn't wait if `delay' is omitted or is
set to zero.
Note the last sentence. I've never used the "default" option (although
it should work). Try running lilo with the -D option. For example...
lilo -D win95b
Ummm.. just had a thought (I'm not sure how much of a newbie you are,
sorry if this offends 8^), you are running LILO after changing the
lilo.conf file, aren't you?
