[H-GEN] rc5 proxy

Hi all.  Well I have an interesting problem.

My rc5 personal proxy is not flush blocks _ever_.  Right now it has 64
blocks inthe buffer andis supposed to flush them back to the key servers
when the buffer gets to 10 blocks.  Lkewise, it never grabs blocks from
the keyservers either :)

The server version is v2.80, and the client version is v2.7020.403 I
believe.

This is from the startup of the personal proxy when i restarted it a
little while ago:

What is this about ip 0.0.0.0?

The clients can flush to the presonal proxy but can't get keys from it
(presumably as there are none to get).
