[H-GEN] xemacs installation

Hiya, again!

a newbie question here.
i have tried to install xemacs 19.13 but cannot get it to run.  i have
gunzipped and un-tar'd the two files i think i need from the infomagic RH4.2
installation disks.  do i need to do anything after getting all the files
onto my computer?
