[H-GEN] Request for Information

Hello world,

This is a request for three pieces of information from the executive.

First, I would like to make a standing request for the minutes of each
executive meeting including the most recent (that held on the 27th
of June). I would prefer it if these were to be sent electronically
(via email to aj at azure.humbug.org.au, or via the general list or the
announce list). I appreciate this request goes above and beyond the
secretary's defined duties (as defined in s.5i), but hope that these
minutes can be made available.

Secondly, I would be interested to know whether the "executive" list
(which, I am lead to believe, is the forum in which exective meetings
are announced and presumably other less formal business related to HUMBUG
occurs) is an open list (either for club members to participate, or simply
to observe). I note that majordomo at humbug appears to have no knowledge of
this list, and that it isn't publically archived at archive.humbug.org.au.

Finally, I am curious as to who the official office holders of HUMBUG are.
That is, what executive-assistants and non-executive positions (if any)
have been appointed by the executive (under sections 2e, and 2f-g),
and who holds those positions currently.
