[H-GEN] Query

I have been coming across terms in manuals such as "win proxy" and "ms
proxy". Can anybody tell me if these are different terminology for the
same thing or are they two different and distinct things.

PS. Just returned from Hong Kong. The Golden Computer Arcade is still
working well although more dedicated to Sony Playstation than "more
pure" computers.

The downstairs software area is still in existence but now located in
less visible premises in a hole in the wall a couple of blocks away.
