No subject

Hi all,
	Could any of you please tell me what i would need to put in a
script to make it send an attachment on a file.

My initial idea is to incorporate the"mail" command but after that i donmt
know what to do.

I have a file information.dat that i need to send to be send to the same
address each time...say fred at bedrock.com

please help.
