[H-GEN] PC VGA to SCART?

Greetings,

I was wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible to take
the PC VGA output and connect it to a SCART monitor.  I've got
an old Amiga monitor that requires SCART, but I'd really like to
connect it up to a Linux box to be able to run X.

Any thoughts, constructive or amusing?
