[H-GEN] Qmail and what appears to be biff

I finally decided to do something about an error icmpinfo has been giving
me in my syslog for a while now. In short, I get the error 

	Feb 15 13:23:47 meesha icmpinfo: ICMP_Dest_Unreachable[Port] <
127.0.0.1 [localhost] > 127.0.0.1 [localhost] sp=48644 dp=512
seq=0x00290e63 sz=69(+20)

In short, it seems that qmail, or something else is trying to connect to
port 512 on the localhost, According to /etc/services, thats comsat(8),
which is related to biff. I can't find anything on the qmail site
regarding it, I don't seem to have comsat or the man page. Anyone have any
ideas or clues for me? Various other qmail users have been getting the
same error (ands its eating up half of my /var/log/messages :)
