Subject: IAMEMS: Australian Internet Industry Association Code of Condust

The Australian Internet Industry Association has released for comment
their thrid draft of a Code of Practice for Internet Service Providers.

Its available at http://www.iia.net.au/news/code3.html

As ISOC -AU we'd like to look at this draft to see what aspects do deserve
comment from the perspective of ISOC-AU, in particular from the
perspective of consumer interest and from the perspective of
maintainence of the integrity, utility and coherence of the Internet itself.

If you have any views which you believe should be voiced by ISOC-AU
then I'd be interested to learn of them, either directly to me or via a
discussion on this list.

(Of course if you wish to respond directly to IIA on their draft as an individual
response their contact details are on their home page at http://www.iia.net.au)

Thanks

  Geoff Huston
