If you are a customer of Quesnet, nXXXXXXX.student.dialin.qut.edu.au,
then you IP address is in the rfc1918 range, 172.31.0/16, and you
don't have direct access to the internet.

You have several options for getting your email. The most logical
is to use a mail client that can connect via a SOCKS proxy. I don't
know of any SOCKS proxies that you may use, but QUT may be able to
help in this regard.

Yours sincerely,
