Beginning of last week apache was upgraded to 1.3.1 to fix a problem with
apache 1.2.6 ignoring virtual domains.  So if www.humbug.org.au is not
coming up, still, then theres a problem.  

Making a request via the CCA proxies brings up the right page, so I'd say
you've got a cached copy on a proxy somewhere.
