[H-GEN] Boot from floppy

I'm sure that I'm doing something extremely silly, and would appreciate a
pointer as to what I'm doing wrong.

I'm trying to install Caldera's OpenLinux on a 2nd SCSI drive in my
machine. (P100, 32Mb RAM, AMI BIOS, no IDE drives, SCSI CDROM on ID0, 650Mb
SCSI Drive (Linux) ID 2, 1.2Gb SCSI on ID 4(Win95).)

Installation seems to work fine, but once I try to boot back into Linux
again, LILO refuses to boot. It gets as far as saying "LI", and then
freezes. I've tried using both a boot floppy, and LILO on the first boot
sector of the SCSI drives. I've had it working before, but I've since
rearanged the drives (replaced an IDE CDROM with a SCSI). DOes this ring a
bell with anyone?

Steve
