[H-GEN] CONIO.H HEADER

Looking the the GCC include files I note that I do not seem to have a
conio.h file.

Can anyone shed some light on this? In other compilers I have used the
conio.h file is often one of the first headers used.

Does GCC normally arrive with a conio.h file or is it not supplied for
some reason?
