ACtually, a friend and I were lamenting the general era of uni internet
access becoming less than a joke, and so I decided to rename QUT to
QUOCOT.
Qld Uni of Coin Operated Technology.
Socks proxies, and "internet accounts" that students can "buy" that are
proxy access only, and IT students have the same quota as arts students.
*shudder* A university for the real world? Er...which real world is that?
Perhaps one where student facilities come second to sending staff to
training sessions on the Sunshine Coast[1]. Hmmm. Perhaps one which
should be laughed at out of this real world and into the next.
disclaimer ad nauseam.
