[H-GEN] QUT experiences the real world?

Well, the really bright sparks at the University of Queensland Computer
Services have done is again, this time giving the following error message
to at least all Humbug mail, and from everywhere else.

You should treat this as if it were an 'unknown user' message.

We have implemented an Internet Volume Charging system for incoming traffic.  This includes incoming e-mail.  So an e-mail address can be inaccessible because:

	a) The address does not exist at QUT.
	b) The address exists, but does not have the required accounting information registered with the gateway.

Student addresses should normally be in the format:  initial(s).surname at student.qut.edu.au
