It sounds as though you (or some mailing list you are on) has a guestbook with lpage (guestworld)
I got that piece of spam too (actually some of the stuff the guestworld list sends through is *really* cool)
Anyway I think there is something on the guestworld maintenance page (after you log in on their website) that allows you to turn off unsolicited advertising.
I left it on because its one company who's ads I like to be sent.
