[H-GEN] Admin pay scales

Hi. As some of you know I am unix systems admin at the UQ Library. This is
nice, but from my point of view they are not paying me enough - I'm getting
base rate of $28.7k, and have just been awarded a "higher duties allowance"
of, wait for it, a whopping $18.73 a fortnight.

I'm not happy about this and I'm discussing this with my manager. What I 
though is hard data on what other admins are getting. So if it's not too 
touchy a subject, could those of you who are sysadmins please send me
a quick email saying how many systems you admin, what they run, how long
you've been going it (and whether you've got any formal qualifications),
and what you're getting paid to the nearest thou.

I realise this is a potentially impolite enquiry, (no names will be used
etc - just the figures), but I really must beg your indulgence this time.
