[H-GEN] Sparc

My compatriots have got  one of the Sparcs up and running,
CDROM attached and Solaris 2.6 running happily. However more memory and
a larger scsi drive are definitely needed.

I understand that it is not necessary to repartition or reformat on a
PC. Those Sun gurus who know are aware of a key sequence that will cause
it to happen without removal of the hdd. I am told lots of other secret
Sun handshake goodies are available too! Some of these things may be
revealed to me tomorrow if I agree to join the Masonic Lodge and the
Knights of Columbus (sorry Robert the only  similar Jewish
organisiation  I know of is the Stern Gang and I don't think it is
QUITE the same  ;^>).

Oh, by the way, I am reliably informed that my techo mate has produced a
cable to enable use of the Sun monitor on Intel machines. Possibly more
info tomorrow.
