3c5x9's *don't* actually have a shared memory address.  They use
programmed IO - the issue was that the ISA detection algortihm for 3c5x9's
are different - we ended up telling lilo to probe for the irq's, not the
ioport.  Reading the Ethernet HOWTO about your particualar card is useful
:)
