Yep, using a different ioport is a good thing (tm) :)

This forces an autoprobe.  This is fine for finding it, but once you
know the irq and ioport of ther card, put in ether=irq,ioport,eth1
to prevent it autoprobing on every boot (which is a bad thing if pnp goes
to change something for example as you might not notice until later).
