[H-GEN] Java tutorial

I've had these half finished Java tutorial pages sitting around for 
some time now, and I finally decided to finish them.  Only the pages 
were for Java 1.0, and Java is up to 1.1 now.  :(

Anyway, the principles are the same, so I figure some of you might 
want to see them anyway.  When I get time I'll update them to Java 
1.1, but that probably won't be for a few weeks.

The tutorial was initially given by David Flanagan last year, and I 
have added numerous comments.  The tutorial is basically for people 
who know how to program, but have had little to no experience with 
Java.  For those who don't know, David Flanagan wrote the ORA book on 
Java.  (Invaluable btw.  I definately recommend it).

Other than comments about upgrading to Java 1.1 (which I _will_ do, 
honest!) I'd appreciate any feedback.
