[H-GEN] Peltier coolers.

I'm gathering the bits for my new beasty. I'm hoping to get a 
K6/233 and run the external bus at 75Mhz on an FIC PA2007 with 
the VIA VP2 chipset. Would a peltier effect cooling doover be 
able to keep this thing from cooking (as I'm effectively 
overclocking it)? Does anyone have any experience with these 
devices?
