[H-GEN] Linux for PPC

Does anyone know if I can get Linux for an Amiga 604e PowerPC?  A 
friend of mine at work has one of these beasts (which I will admit I 
hadn't heard of before) and wants to use Linux on it.

While I was able to find Linux for PowerPC and several distributions 
which are in the process of being ported, they have all been for IBM, 
Be, and Apple.

Any direction and/or pointers would be appreciated.  TIA.
