By coincidence I've just finished writing an X11 driver module for another
weird unsupported serial pointing device, so if you're up for a bit of
coding and can find out what the intellimouse's protocol is, I could help
you with the X server side of things.  I'd offer to write it myself, but I
don't have an intellimouse to experiment with.  :)
