regular meeting, but it is in the 15th, not the 22nd.  Corrected 
announcement follows.

Hello all,

The next executive meeting will be held during our next regular meeting
on the 15th of February at 4:00pm. The meeting is taking place is room
217, at the General Purpose South building (building # 78).
