[H-ANNOUNCE] Humbug 2021 AGM & Agenda

A reminder to all the AGM is the next meeting, which is a week away. 
Looks like the COVID gods have spared us, so it will be held at UQ as 
planned.

If you can't attend I'd really appreciate you submit a proxy by 
following the instructions below, as we always struggle to get a quorum.
