[H-ANNOUNCE] Humbug now has a UQ bookings for the remainder of 2021, Semester 1

A big thank you to ITEE.

We are required to follow COVID-19 safe procedures.  They boil down to 
four things:

1.  1.5m spacing.

2.  Leave the room clean, as we found it.

3.  I've promised to keep an attendance book on the Wiki.

4.  An additional COVID precautions the qld.gov.au may announce.
