[H-ANNOUNCE] Tomorrow's meeting cancelled due to COID

Sorry people, given the lock down and the promises we've given to UQ,
the exec has decided it's best to cancel tomorrows Humbug meeting.

We commenced getting this semesters room bookings some weeks ago.  ITEE
has forwarded our request onto Central Room bookings for us, and we've
now filled in COVID forms and are currently awaiting approval from the
powers that be.
