[H-ANNOUNCE] Humbug Room Bookings for Semester 1 2020

ITEE has once again given us a meeting room for Semester 1 2020.  A big
shout of thanks goes the the ITEE secretary Michelle, for again
shepherding this through.  https://www.humbug.org.au/ has been updated.

The next meeting is on Sat 11/01/2020.  However, beware that is the
Saturday before LCA 2020, and so a number of people within Humbug
(myself included) will down at the Gold Coast, in full panic mode
preparing for the opening.

I'm going to try and pre-empt the usual difficulties with UQ Security
by sending them the notification, but I don't hold out much hope.  If
they ask for proof you can find the email from ITEE here:
