[H-ANNOUNCE] Meeting room change

Hello everyone,

We've got a new room, in the same building (General Purpose South), room
224. This is on the ground level, and we don't to
go through the building to get access to it, so hopefully this is a little
easier to use.
The meetup page has been updated, the wiki and irc topic will be changed
ASAP...
