[H-ANNOUNCE] Exec meeting, 6th February Meeting

The next executive meeting is scheduled for the 6th of February
Meeting, to be held in Parnel (Physics) room 302.
We'll try to start as close to 3pm as possible.

The agenda highlights include:
* Acceptance of the previous minutes.
* Exec reports
* Closing down of old mailing lists
* What to do with the _Linux servers for Home HOWTO_
