[H-ANNOUNCE] 2010 AGM - September 4th

The President has called for the AGM.

Humbug's 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday
September the 4th, starting at 6 PM. At the AGM the current Executive
committee will present its annual report, and an election will be held
for the 2010..2011 Executive. Members are invited nominate themselves
or others for next years Executive either on the day, or by emailing
admin at lists.humbug.org.au. Members can raise any issues they feel are
important to the club during the AGM with one exception: the chairman
will only accept motions to change the constitution if one weeks
notice is given by emailing the proposed change to
general at lists.humbug.org.au.
