[H-ANNOUNCE] Exec meeting, 1st of May

Hello all,

We're planning on having an exec meeting on the first of May at 2pm,
just prior the regular meeting on that date.

Please note that actions currently listed as uncompleted may well have
been completed and just need to be marked as so.

Reports need to be posted to admin at least two days prior to the
meeting. If anyone has any agenda items they'd like discussed, please
