[H-ANNOUNCE] Announcement of 2009 HUMBUG Annual General Meeting

Hi All,

Our AGM for 2009 has now been set for the 5th of September 2009. The  
AGM will begin at 6pm. We will be posting the AGM meeting date on the  
website as well as the proposed agenda items.

The current agenda is as follows:

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the last AGM
2. Reports from the members of the Exec
3. Nominations and Elections of the new Exec
4. Any General Business

If you have any further agenda items you would like to see included
