[H-ANNOUNCE] Meeting 12 January

Hey folks,

We are having a meeting on Saturday, but it's almost certain that we
won't have network access. I would urge anyone who was thinking of
giving a talk in the future to stand up now and give it on Saturday.

We've had some slight dramas finalising room bookings, and some not so
slight dramas with network access, I'll keep you informed as soon as
things change.
